Dawn joined us back in May 2023, and from day one she’s been one of the funniest, most vibrant people to walk through the Primal doors. This year, something clicked. Dawn has been laser focused on her goals and has levelled up her training in a massive way. Since April, she’s dropped over 15kg, an incredible achievement and a testament to how dedicated she’s become. Every week she’s turning up, putting the work in, and proving that big personality and big progress can go hand in hand.

Leigh joined us right at the end of May this year, and she’s been absolutely smashing her training ever since! When she first started, she joined through our Small Group Personal Training sessions and was brand new to the gym world, a little nervous, especially about giving our Team Training sessions a go.
